Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Warehouse Associate to coordinate material release, staging, and issuance for production orders. You will convert demand into pick-list activity in SAP, monitor readiness, and escalate issues to prevent production delays.

Experience with inventory systems like SAP.

Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Ability to meet the physical and schedule requirements of the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Review released production orders and stage material requirements in SAP.
Issue production pick lists in the correct sequence and timing to support the schedule.
Resolve or troubleshoot warehouse tasks that do not process (replenishment, bin changes, etc.).
Monitor outbound delivery numbers and follow up when missing or delayed.
Investigate inventory exceptions that prevent material from being staged or picked up.
