Job summary

Gititireusa in Richburg, SC seeks a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to support inbound, outbound, and inventory control within a DC environment. You will input data into the WMS, prepare BOLs, and ensure accurate receipt and updates of inventory records.

Strong organization and communication with internal/external customers are essential. Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, KPI reporting, and maintaining location control, with additional DC admin duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree a plus.
• 2–5 years' inventory control experience in a DC/warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with ISO, C-TPAT processes and RF/RFID software/hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound, outbound, and inventory control activities in a DC environment.
• Prepare inbound/outbound documentation and BOLs for Will-Call orders.
• Validate inbound data in WMS and update inventory records accurately.
• Maintain outbound notification system and process ship confirmations.
• Process inventory transactions (movement, adjustments, codes) and update inventory reports.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; generate KPI reports.
• Maintain location control in WMS and assist with capacity planning and routing.
• Perform additional admin and DC-related duties as assigned.
