Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment; experience operating Reach truck / Cherry Picker preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Inventory control documentation, including creating and reviewing procedures.
• Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
• Proactively report ethics and compliance issues per company policy.
• Process personal and client data per contracts and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from SAP systems.
• Handle special projects and daily client communications with Inventory Control Manager and Cycle Counters.
• Improve Inventory Control disciplines and provide reporting/documentation on inventory and productivity.
• Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, coordinate inventory transactions across systems.
• Monitor inbound/outbound components and complete audit documentation.
