Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You will drive end-to-end Vistex implementations and manage cross-functional integrations, aligning pricing, incentives, rebates, and payables with scalable SAP solutions.

The role requires leading teams across projects, gathering requirements from Sales, Finance, and Procurement, and ensuring successful production releases through QA and UAT. 60% travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead Vistex configuration and design in S/4HANA/ECC integrations.
• Leadership & Project Governance: supervise onshore/offshore teams and manage stakeholder requirements; oversee QA/UAT and cutover activities.
• Support & Continuous Improvement: perform RCA, debugging, and ensure audit/SOX compliance and month-end close.
