Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and enterprise implementations.
- Strong Stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, and Integration Suites preferred.
- PMP, Agile or ITIL certifications recommended.
- Previous Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and executive the SAP roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead SAP implementations, updates, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
- Manage SAP budgets, vendors, consulting partners, and project portfolios.
- Lead and develop SAP functional and technical teams.
- Drive process improvements across Finance, Procurement, Warehouse Ops, Customer Service, Sales and Quality.
- Ensure SAP platform reliability, security, compliance and performance.
