SNP Transformations, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Consulting Manager to lead SAP-focused engagements for enterprise clients in the US.

You will drive project delivery, budgeting, and team leadership across global accounts, with emphasis on FI/CO modules, SAP S/4HANA migrations, and transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in an Enterprise-wide SAP system (S/4HANA preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• 8–10 years’ experience in a SLT organization, within SAP or a SNP competitor.
• 5 full-cycle ERP transformation projects.
• Cross functional SAP ERP experience across Sales Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Experience managing 3rd-party consultants across multiple sites and countries.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies; complex global IT environments.
• Participation in multinational SAP projects with country-specific mapping and integration.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage consulting projects in-time and in-budget.
• Lead a team with professional and disciplinary oversight.
• Acquire projects, manage budgets, and present quarterly customer updates.
• Coordinate projects with customer-side responsible persons and report status.
• Consult on SAP finance modules FI/FI-AA/CO and SNP administration.
• Develop migration concepts and transformation components for offers.
