Job summary

Penguin Random House LLC in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Global SAP Program Manager to coordinate the global ERP transformation across markets, functions and partners. You will keep leadership informed on priorities, decisions, dependencies and risks while driving alignment and execution.

The role requires 3-5 years in program management or transformation, strong SAP/S4HANA experience, and excellent executive communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in program management, transformation, strategy, or related field with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience on a large-scale ERP, SAP S/4HANA, finance, technology, or business transformation preferred.
• Strong program management skills spanning strategic thinking to detailed execution.
• Executive communication skills to distill complex information for senior leadership.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams, global stakeholders, and external partners.
• Experience working across global organizations with global and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Global SAP program and transformation, establishing governance, processes, and cadence.
• Maintain an integrated view of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions across workstreams.
• Develop concise executive communications that translate complex program data into decisions, risks, and actions.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across regions, business, technology, finance, data, and change management workstreams.
• Serve as primary coordination point between regional SAP programs and broader global transformation.
• Collaborate with program leadership to define agendas, prepare recommendations, and ensure follow-through.
• Oversee consulting and systems integration partners to align their work with PRH priorities.
• Support leadership in scope, resource, and commercial discussions with external partners.
