Job summary

GraceMark Solutions seeks an experienced Information Technology Project Manager IV to lead a strategic SAP transformation program with strong Scrum Master capabilities. You will manage cross-functional workstreams, drive Agile delivery, governance, and executive reporting across global teams.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise technology programs, a PM/ Scrum Master blend, and comfort with remote collaboration in a GxP-related environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-scale tech programs.
• Proven PM and Scrum Master in matrix organizations.
• Experience in controls & compliance, CSV, and/or GxP environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage scope, milestones, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate business and technology workstreams; manage risks, RAID logs, and dependencies.
• Serve as Scrum Master for designated teams and value streams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery plans in Azure DevOps.
• Establish governance, Steering Committee updates, and program dashboards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variances.
