Qualifications
- Experience managing complex enterprise programs in large, matrixed organizations.
- Proven PM and Scrum Master experience.
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive program execution, governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting.
- Coordinate multiple initiatives across value streams with partners to meet objectives.
- Serve as Scrum Master and create delivery plans in Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate Sprint ceremonies and remove impediments to improve delivery.
- Establish RAID management and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide executive status reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
