Job summary

GraceMark Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to support a large-scale enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional projects, drive Agile delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and support Controls & Compliance, CSV, and GxP-related workstreams.

You will lead project planning and governance, manage SAP transformation initiatives, facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain plans and dashboards in Azure DevOps and MS

Qualifications

• Proven IT Project Manager and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience in Controls & Compliance, CSV, and/or GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, MS Project, RAID, and project reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, governance, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage SAP transformation, migration, implementation, or access segregation initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, and delivery tracking in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Project.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies (RAID), escalations, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Prepare executive status reports, project metrics, budget updates, and governance documentation.
• Support Controls & Compliance, CSV, and GxP-related project activities.
• Manage resource planning, capacity, dependencies, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with project governance standards.

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional projects, driving Agile delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting Controls & Compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GxP-related workstreams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Experience working with complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Controls & Compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV), and/or GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project, RAID management, and project reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to commit to a long-term contract through March 2028.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP transformation, migration, implementation, or SAP access segregation.
• Exposure to SAP Security, SAP Basis, Master Data Governance (MDG), or data migration.
• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HRIS, Payroll, or other enterprise functions.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in regulated industries, compliance programs, or enterprise governance.
