Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an SAP Technical Development Lead to establish development standards, mentor a team of SAP developers, and oversee end-to-end SAP solution delivery. The role requires deep SAP expertise, a security clearance, and proven leadership in delivering large-scale SAP projects.

You will collaborate with architects, drive agile and DevOps practices, and ensure high availability and scalable SAP systems across client engagements. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with active secret clearance or able to obtain/maintain clearance.
• 15+ years’ experience in SAP application development and leadership.
• 7+ years direct SAP project experience (EWM, FI, TM, MM, etc.).
• Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle development implementations.
• 3+ years Agile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards and SDLC adherence via code reviews.
• Review and guide technical designs; improve performance and sustainability.
• Oversee SAP solution design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
