Job summary
Groundswell Corporation is seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Lead to drive development and architecture across SAP modules in a federal contracting context. You will establish standards, mentor teams, and ensure delivery aligns with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities include guiding designs, overseeing end-to-end SAP solutions, and collaborating with Solution Architects to deliver scalable, high-availability systems while maintaining rigorous security posture.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance or clearable.
- 15+ years of SAP application development with progression to leadership.
- 7+ years hands-on SAP project experience across modules such as EWM, FI, TM, MM.
- Minimum 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations.
- 3+ years in Agile development processes.
Responsibilities
- Establish SDLC standards and code review practices.
- Guide technical designs and performance improvements.
- Oversee SAP development, integration, testing, and maintenance.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of software.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on scalable architecture.
- Drive Agile and DevOps practices across teams.
- Engage with customers to align product objectives.
