The opportunity

As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will define user and customer requirements, focusing on user interface development across platforms. You will play a key role in engineering software components and services for seamless system communication.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Research and benchmark best practices to innovate.
• Manage professional employees and supervise to meet performance goals.
• Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients.
• Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
• Manage project status and oversee deliverables.
• Travel as required by client engagements.
• Participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales.
• Lead RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
• Plan resources within budget constraints.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions using middleware (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and data transformation tools.
• Develop integration architecture ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of databases and data modeling.
• Experience in SAP integration architecture and design.
• Experience working with various SAP modules and EDI/non-EDI standards.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, etc.).
• Knowledge of Cloud Integration, OData, SAP API Management.
• Ability to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting industry experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations.
