The opportunity

As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will define user and customer requirements, focusing on user interface development across platforms. You will engineer software components and services to ensure seamless communication within the system architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, focusing on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Innovate through research and benchmarking best practices, manage professional employees, and oversee performance objectives. Your role includes:

• Ensuring billability through chargeable work to external clients.
• Leading workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
• Managing project status and overseeing deliverables.
• Traveling as required by client engagements.
• Participating in client sessions and leading workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identifying additional service opportunities to drive sales.
• Leading RFP responses and managing engagement economics.
• Executing resource planning within budget constraints.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
• 4-6 years relevant SAP experience
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions using middleware (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP)
• Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and integration technologies
• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI
• Experience with APIs, web services, and data transformation tools
• Developing integration architecture ensuring data consistency
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of databases and data modeling
• Strong SAP integration architecture experience
• Experience with EDI/non-EDI standards and mapping
• Proficiency with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, etc.)
• Knowledge of Cloud Integration (HCI, OData, SAP API Management)
• Experience interfacing with SAP modules (S4 HANA, ECC, CRM, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Willingness to travel (~60%)
