The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, leveraging our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. We help clients achieve better outcomes and lasting results, from strategy to execution.

As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will define user and customer requirements, focusing on user interface development across platforms. You will engineer software components and services ensuring seamless communication within system architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, emphasizing quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Innovate through research and benchmarking best practices.
• Manage professional employees and oversee performance objectives.
• Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients.
• Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
• Manage project status and oversee deliverable completion.
• Travel as required by client engagements.
• Participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales.
• Lead RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
• Execute resource planning within budget constraints.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4 years).
• 4-6 years relevant SAP experience.
• Experience designing and implementing SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI, APIs, web services, and data transformation tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation.
• Understanding of integration architecture, data integrity, and system design.
• Experience with SAP modules like S4 HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, etc., and their interfaces.
• Strong communication skills, research ability, and willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full cycle implementations of core modules.
