The opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, leveraging our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. We help clients achieve better outcomes from strategy to execution.

Your Role

As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will define user and customer requirements, focusing on UI development across platforms. You will engineer software components and services for seamless system communication.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, emphasizing quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Research and benchmark best practices, manage professional staff, and meet performance objectives.
• Ensure billability through external client work.
• Lead workstream delivery and oversee project status and deliverables.
• Travel as required by client engagements.
• Participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales.
• Lead RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
• Plan resources within budget constraints.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years relevant SAP experience.
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions using middleware like SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC) and integration tech (SAP ABAP, EDI, APIs, web services).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, database management, and SAP architecture.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations.
