The opportunity

We innovate with SAP to deliver innovative solutions, leveraging our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will define user and customer requirements, focusing on UI development across platforms, and engineer software components ensuring seamless communication within system architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, emphasizing quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Research and benchmark best practices, manage professional staff, and oversee team performance.
• Ensure billability and lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
• Manage project status, oversee deliverables, and participate in client sessions.
• Identify additional service opportunities and lead RFP responses.
• Plan resources within budget constraints.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 4-6 years relevant SAP experience, including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP, and modules like S/4HANA, ECC.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, data transformation, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SAP integration architecture.
• Knowledge of SAP technologies (XI/PI/PO, Solution Manager, ABAP, Data Services, etc.) and experience with various EDI standards.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience and SAP certifications.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations.
