L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking a Sales Order & Billing Administrator to support the Consignment Team in Northeast Austin. The role handles sales orders, delivery documentation, and billing-related transactions in SAP.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, administrative, order processing, or billing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math skills.
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

Process sales orders and delivery notes for the Consignment Team.
Enter and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, invoices, and other customer/order information in SAP.
Assist with consignment billing and processing, including reviewing information for accuracy and completeness.
Review sales order and shipping information and provide status updates as needed.
Generate sales orders, delivery notes, shipping documents, invoices, and other required documentation.
Research and correct billing discrepancies and order processing issues.
Review customer information, pricing, terms, and conditions for accuracy.
Respond to internal and customer questions regarding order status, deliveries, billing, and related information.
Perform system inquiries and provide order and shipping status information to internal teams.
Print reports and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with other departments to resolve order, delivery, or billing issues.
Perform other administrative duties and provide additional support to the Consignment Team as needed.
