Job summary

Information Consulting Services of Delaware Valley, Inc. seeks a part-time SAP SuccessFactors consultant (20 hours/week) to support UKG→SF migration.

The candidate should excel in Time Management and Payroll Management, data mapping, and reporting within a US-based, largely remote engagement. Responsibilities include GL mapping, validation of payroll outputs, testing strategy, issue resolution, and ensuring outputs are ready before go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience in Time Management and Payroll Management functional areas.
• Migration experience from UKG HR system to SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus.
• US-based candidates preferred for a largely remote role.

Responsibilities

• Data mapping/validation for SF migration.
• Reporting requirements and report development.
• General ledger mapping and validation.
• Testing strategy, test execution, and issue resolution.
• Validation of payroll calculations and outputs.
• Testing of downstream reporting and billing requirements.
• Identify gaps between UKG processes and SF processes.
• Ensure all outputs are ready and validated before go-live.
