Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HR / SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of integrations and data migration; experience in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Partner with HR and IT to align systems with business priorities
• Lead and support system enhancement and optimization projects
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance standards
• Support integrations and data migrations across SAP platforms
• Provide guidance, training, and support to end users
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology
