Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience (typically 5+).
• Certifications and/or experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work in a hybrid onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Build complex configurations to meet user and business requirements.
• DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Program, configure, test and deploy updates for releases.
• USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Maintain open channel with users for complex support needs.
• APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conduct advanced technical support to deliver business outcomes.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partner with cross-functional teams to align configurations with goals.
• INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Prioritize incoming incidents and user requests.
• VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
