Kodak Corp is seeking an SAP Analyst to support, optimize, and extend SAP SuccessFactors across HR processes. You will partner with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations.

You will identify process improvements, create documentation, and coordinate testing and deployments to ensure SAP SF changes deliver measurable value for a global workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a functional/HRIS role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes within cloud-based HR platforms.
• Hands-on requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate cross-team solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing, change management, and release practices.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and maintain modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and others.
• Analyze processes and propose system improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Support production by investigating incidents and coordinating fixes.
• Prepare specifications for reports, integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate on interfaces, data migrations, security roles, and deployments.
• Develop and execute test plans and validation activities.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and capture defect results.
• Maintain system documentation, guides, and release notes.
• Monitor release updates and advise on new features adoption.
