Job Overview

10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM resolving issues related to configuration, integration, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business requirements discussions and provide technical expertise about SuccessFactors system functionality and capability.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules.
• Complete hands‑on configuration and unit testing of the SuccessFactors system.
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/ECC HCM module.
• Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

Requirements

• Hands‑on design and configuration experience and knowledge in all SuccessFactors modules.
• Hands‑on experience designing and configuring SAP ECC HR modules.
• Hands‑on experience of SF to ECC integration and data replication.
• Hands‑on experience of SF integration with UKG.
• Hands‑on successFactors integration experience with third‑party systems such as Fidelity, UKG, Concur, etc.
• Extensive experience in production support involving integration with EC to other systems. Strong techno‑functional skills.
• Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with developers to deliver any change requirements needed by the business.
