Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Worker to coordinate warehouse shipping and receiving by managing inventory, shipments, and order processing using SAP and 3PL systems. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and good communication and teamwork to support customer service and reporting.

Key duties include reconciling inbound/outbound data, resolving SAP/EDI issues, creating reports, processing purchase orders in Ariba, and maintaining shipping accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations is required; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs) and data analysis abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inbound orders against 3PL data.
• Reconcile inventory between SAP and the 3PL’s WMS.
• Reconcile outbound shipments to ensure closure within 24 hours.
• Monitor EDI and Non-EDI communication to/from 3PL.
• Resolve EDI and Non-EDI errors using SAP transactions and investigative skills.
• Respond to inquiries from CS concerning order statuses.
• Create reporting to monitor past due transactions.
• Create POs in Ariba as called upon by Warehouse management and reconcile invoices.
• Monitor OT shipping by running SAP transaction.
• Line up SAP T/L shipping dates with 3PL shipping date.
• Facilitate rush orders as requested by CS.
• Provide external support to other US shipping plants.
• Participate in all LEAN Initiatives.
• Maintain shipping volume reporting.
