Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Operator to coordinate shipping documents and maintain production reporting. Responsibilities include preparing export documents, entering data into BAAN/SAP, and creating shipment plans. The role requires basic math skills and proficiency with MRP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in administrative support or shipping/receiving in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to use MRP and MS Office software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in the local language and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, filing, and accuracy of shipping documents.
• Prepare shipping documents, including out of country shipments.
• Enter data into BAAN/SAP accurately and timely.
• Create plan shipment documents and provide backup coverage as needed.
• Operate a lift truck and obtain forklift license if not already licensed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
