Job summary

Uloop Inc. in Miami seeks a detail-oriented Receiving and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. You will receive parts and equipment, verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, and enter transactions in SAP.

The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain inventory records, support cycle counts, coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting on discrepancies, and ensure proper filing of receiving documents.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for receiving and inventory transactions.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and equipment shipments.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter receiving transactions accurately in SAP.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting regarding discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Process returns, shortages, and damaged shipments.
• Ensure receiving documentation is complete and properly filed.
