Job summary

Solenis is seeking a warehouse/shipping and receiving specialist in the United States to manage inventory and materials flow. You will verify packing slips in SAP, place items into designated locations, and support shipping operations to ensure on-time deliveries.

We expect a HS Diploma and about one year of manufacturing shipping/receiving experience. The role offers competitive benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401K.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferably in shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into SAP by verifying packing-slip quantities against purchase orders.
• Move received items into inventory locations and maintain organized storage.
• Provide backup support to shipping operations to maintain workflow continuity.
• Evaluate inventory space and reorganize stock to maximize storage efficiency.
• Inspect inbound shipments for damage and document issues before carrier paperwork.
