Trissential seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead integration and deployment for a large SAP S/4HANA transformation. On-site in Milwaukee, you will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders and technology teams.

Role emphasizes end-to-end ownership from integration planning through cutover, hypercare, and stabilization, with a long-term engagement through 2028. PMP/PgMP/SAFe preferred; extensive enterprise deployment experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology programs.
• Proven ability coordinating multiple delivery teams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong program governance, risk management, and executive communication.
• Experience deploying enterprise deployments, releases, or cutovers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficient with Jira to drive delivery visibility.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate integration initiatives across multiple internal technology teams.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones.
• Facilitate planning and alignment across business and technology teams.
• Identify, track, and manage RAID risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Remove cross-team blockers and escalate when needed.
• Provide concise status reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
