Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a senior SAP/ERP leader to oversee multiple software teams and drive implementation of SAP ECC/S4 HANA solutions. You will shape IT strategy, coordinate with executives, and manage complex business processes across Order to Cash, Record to Report, and supply chain integration.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality SAP projects within the construction industry.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years implementing SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
Extensive knowledge of Order to Cash, Record to Report or Supply Chain Integration, especially in construction
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and Executive Leadership
SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus
10+ years relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience

Responsibilities

Oversee one or more software engineering teams and drive development of modules/applications
Lead the development of an application strategy aligned with IT goals and roadmaps
Guide projects from requirements through completion using appropriate agile practices
Identify and close service delivery gaps to improve outcomes
Maintain alignment of IT strategy with business growth and cost-saving opportunities
Foster technical quality through coding standards and reviews
Engage with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and issues
