Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and assist with backlog refinement and testing across multiple SAP teams.

The role collaborates with Product Managers, Owners, developers, stakeholders, and vendors in an Agile environment, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Business Analyst experience preferred, flexible for exceptional candidates.
• ERP implementation or transformation experience required.
• SAP S/4HANA experience highly preferred.
• Finance and accounting process knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting UAT/testing efforts.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and business users.
• Agile/Scrum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and create user stories for SAP S/4HANA ERP project.
• Support backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies.
• Assist with testing and validation across SAP teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, developers and vendors.
