Convergent is seeking a SAP S/4 Cutover Manager for a 6+ month engagement, ideally based in the Northeast with Boston, MA. On-site three days a week is preferred, with remote options if not local. Expenses are reimbursed based on actuals.

The role focuses on planning and executing the cutover from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA, including defining deployment plans, training, and issue resolution to meet project objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Coordinate with Deployment Lead for plan and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing status reports, health checks, and mitigation actions.

• Lead and manage the business and IT cutover plans for migration to S/4 HANA and formulate business interim processes & reconciliation to support the business in meeting their objectives.
• Define, develop, and implement cutover plans for the migration of multiple company codes to the new S/4 HANA system
• Contribute to the development of the technical cutover schedules and plans to ensure they align to overall cutover plans and meet business objectives
• Develop detailed cutover checklist and project plan incorporating both technical and operations or business tasks.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the Cutover Project Plan as per the cutover standards
• Responsible for detailed project management of the cutover and conversion deliverables to the new system, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cutover

Job Description

SAP S/4 Cutover Manager for 6+ months. An immediate decision and start date. They are looking for someone ideally in the Northeast, Boston, MA area. If they can be on site 3 days a week and then remote that is there 1st preference. If not local then they are flexible on remote and on site.

Expenses are indeed reimbursed based on actuals.

The Cutover Manager plans tasks required to execute the software application cutover. We'll use all applicable tasks and the level of detail required to execute them for future releases. Develop the cutover plan and identify procedures to be put in place during the transition from legacy systems to the new SAP solution.

• Assist the Deployment Lead on the creation of the Deployment plan and associated deliverables
• Support the development and follow up on status reports, project health and mitigation.
• Conduct any required cutover training and troubleshooting
