Job summary

Peraton is seeking a SAP S/4HANA/ABAP Developer to support a CDC modernization initiative. The role focuses on delivering a stable, scalable SAP S/4HANA CM solution during the transition from SAP CRM, with Brownfield migrations and complex middleware integrations including BizTalk.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in S/4HANA, strong ABAP skills, and hands-on migration experience. You will design interfaces (EDI IDocs, SOAP/REST), enable Fiori, and follow federal governance practices, reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant SAP experience.
Expertise in S/4HANA development and brownfield migrations.
Experience migrating SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA CM and integrating BizTalk.
Strong middleware and API integration experience (EDI, SOAP, REST).
Ability to design with security and governance in federal framework.

Responsibilities

Lead Brownfield development and transition of custom SAP CRM code to SAP S/4HANA CM.
Remediate legacy code for compatibility in S/4HANA and perform impact analysis.
Execute technical workstreams for Brownfield migrations to ensure stability.
Architect interfaces using IDocs and modern web services (SOAP/REST).
Guide Fiori enablement and ensure role-based access control with security teams.
