Job summary

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA/ABAP Developer (Brownfield/Greenfield) to support a critical modernization initiative for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This role focuses on delivering a stable, scalable SAP S/4HANA CM solution as part of CDC’s transition from SAP CRM.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct S/4HANA experience, Brownfield migrations, and strong integration skills with EDI/IDocs, SOAP/REST, and BizTalk. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years direct S/4HANA experience.
• 5+ years SAP Brownfield migration experience.
• Experience with EDI (IDocs) and SOAP/REST integrations.
• Experience connecting SAP with BizTalk.
• Understanding of Greenfield and Brownfield development strategies.
• US citizenship or green card and ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brownfield development to transition SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA Customer Management.
• Code remediation for compatibility and performance in S/4HANA.
• Execute technical workstreams for Brownfield conversions with stability.
• Architect interfaces using EDI (IDocs), SOAP/REST, and BizTalk.
