Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an SAP S/4 IT Cluster Manager within the S4E Program to drive end-to-end rollout for the assigned cluster. You will coordinate central, business area and local rollout teams, translate program objectives into executable cluster plans, and ensure resources, budget, risks and milestones are managed to schedule.

The role requires a strong SAP background, experience with large-scale transformations, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, business, engineering or equivalent
• Extensive experience leading complex IT/ERP/SAP transformation programs
• Strong SAP background, including S/4HANA rollout, localization and integration experience
• Proven expertise in integrated project planning, resource and budget management, governance, quality gates, risk management and executive reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple delivery organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with senior management in mind
• Willingness to travel as required by rollout schedule

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of cluster rollout across assigned area
• Develop and maintain an integrated rollout plan aligned with S4E roadmap
• Define and execute overall Unify rollout plan, milestones and gates
• Plan and manage IT rollout resources and preparation activities
• Plan, monitor and report cluster budget and financial status
• Coordinate localization requirements with owners and template
• Track milestones, maintain status reporting and evidence in ENow
• Identify risks and dependencies early and define mitigations
• Engage stakeholders and promote the S4E program
• Lead Cluster Rollout Team to enable smooth transition to new template
