Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks an SAP FICO Business System Analyst to join our IT team supporting Finance and Controlling processes across ERP ECC6, with global governance and standardization efforts in S/4HANA migration.

You will work closely with solution providers to ensure smooth operations, address issues, and drive process improvement through SAP configuration and tests. Strong cross-functional collaboration and external-provider management are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years global governance, demand management, and IT process support.
5+ years SAP FI/CO configuration.
Experience with SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA migrations.
Experience managing external ERP providers and working in agile environments.
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business representatives to develop process solutions for efficiency.
Manage global demand and provide business support for ERP systems.
Develop requirements and functional specifications with key business partners.
Complete FICO configuration to define global standard processes and create test cases.
Lead IT projects and oversee providers for maintenance and change requests.
Coordinate with Basis, Security, and Service Desk teams.
