Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Senior IT Engineer specialized in SAP to drive end-to-end SAP solution delivery for Meter-to-Cash and Customer Service processes from Columbus. The role requires leadership across design, configuration, and integration with client and third-party teams.

The candidate will oversee SAP-specific RICEFW development and lead testing activities, ensuring traceability and alignment with program requirements, while coordinating deployment and knowledge transfer to operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP solution delivery, including design, configuration, development, and integration activities.
• Experience with SAP implementations in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud, ABAP programming, SAP BTP, and related SAP products.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on end-to-end SAP solution delivery for M2C and Customer Service processes, including SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud.
• Oversee design, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP applications with client and third-party teams.
• Oversee SAP-specific RICEFW development and ensure traceability to program requirements.
• Guide testing (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance) and document results in Jira and qTest.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for timely SAP delivery and integration.
• Assist in deployment, cutover, and hyper care activities, including knowledge transfer to operations teams.
