We are currently seeking a SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Accounting Specialist - HYBRID to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

This is an Analyst role focused on S/4 HANA Finance and Accounting, with experience in SAP Project Systems and RAR. The role involves implementing these areas in ongoing solutions and migration to S/4 HANA Finance. The successful candidate will perform highly complex, varied work across multiple functional areas, ensuring optimal utilization of existing system platforms and their integration, while considering deployment of new technologies based on business needs. Responsibilities include configuration, functional design, testing, and managing work of service providers. Key tasks:

• Design functional solutions to address business problems
• Ensure agreement on design with process owners
• Support and implement S/4 HANA Finance, SAP Project Systems, and RAR
• Perform fit-gap analysis through discovery with business units and SAP teams
• Participate in solution build and testing activities for SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrades
• Review and revise standards to align with best practices
• Act as a liaison between product teams, business, and engineering

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PS implementation, and RAR
• Minimum of 8+ years SAP consulting experience in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA projects
• Expertise in configuration and implementation of FI, CO, FSCM, BCM, TRM modules and their integration
• Understanding of SAP Project Systems for 3+ years
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori UX, SAP RAR projects, and IFRS15 regulation and reporting using RAR
• Willingness to travel within the US

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN)
• Experience with SAP legacy system conversion to S/4HANA
• ABAP debugging skills
• Ability to lead solution workshops and customer engagements
• SAP Activate Project Management methodology familiarity
• Knowledge of Taxes with Sabrix is a plus
