We are currently seeking a SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Accounting Specialist - HYBRID to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

This is an Analyst role focused on S/4 HANA Finance and Accounting, with experience in SAP Project Systems and RAR. The role involves implementing these areas in ongoing solutions and migration to S/4 HANA Finance. The successful candidate will perform highly complex, varied work spanning multiple functional areas, ensuring optimal utilization and integration of existing system platforms while considering deployment of new technologies to meet business needs. Responsibilities include configuration, functional design, testing, and managing work of service providers. Key tasks:

• Design functional solutions to solve business problems
• Ensure agreement on design with process owners
• Support and implement S/4 HANA Finance, SAP Project Systems, and RAR
• Perform fit-gap analysis through discovery with business units and SAP team members
• Participate in solution build and testing activities for SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrades
• Review and revise standards to ensure best practices
• Serve as a conduit between product teams, business, and engineering

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PS Implementation, and RAR
• Minimum of 8+ years SAP consulting experience in Financial and Management Accounting
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA projects
• Expertise in configuration and implementation of FI, CO, FSCM, BCM, and TRM modules, and their integration
• Understanding of SAP Project Systems and SAP Fiori UX, RAR project experience
• Experience with IFRS15 regulation and reporting using RAR
• Willingness to travel within the US

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN)
• Experience with SAP legacy system conversion to S/4HANA
• ABAP debugging skills
• Ability to conduct solutioning workshops and leadership skills
• SAP Activate Project Management methodology knowledge
• Knowledge of Taxes with Sabrix is a plus
