Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation expert with deep recruiting SAP experience to guide clients through digitization challenges. You will influence decisions, engage with multiple clients, and contribute to solutions across multiple workstreams.

Expect travel to client sites as needed. You’ll lead recruiting-related SAP initiatives, provide design options, test SAP configurations, and coach project teams to successful delivery in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter (recent) experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or another skillset such as SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.
• Certified in SmartRecruiters.
• Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration experience to SmartRecruiters.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP.
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs.
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain‑ or platform-led.
• Renewal of existing recruitment processes.
• Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
• Provide functional guidance and expertise as well as documenting to be system workflow steps.
• Provide insight into functional technical considerations for implementation
• Travel may be required for this role.
