Collins Aerospace in Charlotte, NC is hiring an experienced SAP Administrator to lead system installations, upgrades, and migrations within a complex SAP landscape. You will manage transports, tune performance, and configure SAP clients across ECC, HANA, and related components.

You will collaborate with cyber, sysadmin, and business teams, work in a hybrid environment, and support cloud integrations (Ariba, Concur) while ensuring compliance and security of critical systems.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience or a minimum of 7 years of experience with an advanced degree. Bachelor’s degree required.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• SAP System administration.
• Unix and Linux System Administration.
• Oracle and HANA database administration.
• Experiences with external compliance audits.
• Experience with administering SAP Basis environments, including system installation, upgrades, patching, and transport management.
• Experience working with SAP system architecture, including database administration fundamentals, application server configuration, and system landscape design.
• Experience with enterprise SAP systems, with the ability to identify and implement moderate improvements to processes, configurations, or performance within the SAP environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations while coordinating change windows to minimize business disruption.
• Manage transport administration across the SAP landscape through development, quality, and production environments in a controlled, auditable manner.
• Own system performance tuning and capacity planning to proactively identify bottlenecks before end users are affected.
• Administer SAP client environments, including client copies, client refreshes, and system landscape configuration.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve conflicts, technical and others, for internal and external customers.
• Work with SAP ECC, Suite on HANA, BW, Business Objects, Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, SAP Landscape Transformation, GRC, GTS, SRM, NetWeaver Portals and SAP PI solutions.
• Integrate with cloud solutions like Ariba and Concur.
• Understand Web technologies, firewalls, proxies, and cyber capabilities required to deploy solutions safely.
