Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking an accomplished Engagement Management leader to design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations focused on finance integration and R2R/Order-to-Cash processes. You will drive project setup, resource planning, and revenue recognition.

You will lead workshops with executives, oversee configuration, testing, and cutover activities, and collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate migrations while maintaining high standards of professionalism and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in ERP and finance transformation.
• Experience leading full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, including finance integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven expertise in SAP Financials modules and integrating R2R with procurement, sales, and project systems.
• Strong program management skills, with experience managing all project phases, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Leadership ability in driving team performance, mentoring, and fostering process innovation.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

The role ensures seamless integration between Engagement Management and Finance processes, such as Record to Report and Order to Cash, covering project accounting, margin analysis, intercompany processing, and financial close.
