EY in the United States is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP‑driven technology, enabling trusted, practical solutions for diverse clients within our Agile Transformation programs.

You will lead requirements gathering, architect alignment with business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and oversee delivery streams across SAP projects while maintaining stakeholder relationships, risk controls, and high‑quality deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4 to 6 years of SAP Project Systems experience.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with Hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
Deep knowledge of Project System processes in multiple industries and ability to deliver complex requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
