Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP-based technical solutions. You will analyze business models and translate requirements into SAP specifications, guiding architecture alignment with business goals.

You’ll lead SAP projects/workstreams, manage teams, and drive process improvements, while collaborating with clients globally in a hybrid delivery model that may require travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 6 years of SAP Project Systems experience; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries with ability to translate requirements into client-specific configurations.
