Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP-driven technical solutions. You will oversee delivery of SAP projects, translate requirements into specifications, and manage risk while coordinating with clients and teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Travel may be required.

The role emphasizes process improvement, governance, and delivering quality client services within EY's hybrid model; strong SAP experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Project Systems. In-depth knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is referred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Hybrid onshore / offshore delivery model desirable
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes in multiple industries and ability to deliver complex requirements
• Knowledge of Project Systems leading practices and familiarity with other SAP modules including Financials and Manufacturing
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs
