Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions within EY's SAP practice. You will analyze business models, capture requirements, and translate them into technical specifications that align with system architecture and client objectives.

You will lead delivery streams, manage projects, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams in a hybrid model, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project Systems across industries and ability to deliver complex requirements.
