Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager in the US to bridge business needs with SAP-based technical solutions. You will analyze business models, capture requirements, and translate them into specifications that align with enterprise architecture.

You will lead delivery streams, drive process improvements, and manage client expectations across engagements. Ideal candidates have deep SAP Project Systems knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience guiding complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years' experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream and project-based teams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries and ability to deliver complex requirements.
