EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions within our SAP-enabled Transformation practice. You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications and align system architecture with business objectives.

You will manage high‑quality processes and projects, drive risk management, and oversee delivery streams while engaging with external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project Systems in multiple industries and ability to deliver complex requirements.
• Experience developing functional specifications and strong system configuration capabilities.
