Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a senior ERP/IT project manager to lead the Omni Channel Sales workstream (retail, eComm, wholesale OTC) within an SAP S/4 Fashion transformation.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in large-scale ERP programs, hybrid work in Nutley, NJ, and strong cross-functional collaboration with SIs and tech teams to ensure on-time delivery and program governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the Omni Channel Sales workstream within the SAP S/4 Fashion transformation program.
• Develop and maintain an integrated workstream plan aligned to program milestones.
• Partner with SIs, stakeholders, and technology teams to drive delivery against scope and timeline.
• Manage workstream planning and delivery using Jira and Smartsheet, considering capacity and dependencies.
• Own and coordinate omni channel work packages including design, configuration, data migration, testing, and cutover.

ERP+ Workstream Project Manager Omni Channel Sales (Retail, eComm, Wholesale OTC)

Location of Work (Country): Nutley, NJ United States

Hybrid (2-3 DAYS Onsite)

Experience Level

Senior-level business transformation and IT project manager

10+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-year ERP or SAP transformation programs (or equivalent scope across business and technology)

Proven experience managing holistic, integrated project plans across multiple functional and technical domains

Skills Required (Essential): -

Lead the planning and execution of the Omni Channel Sales (OTC) workstream within an SAP S/4 Fashion transformation program

Develop, maintain, and execute an integrated workstream project plan, ensuring alignment with program-level milestones, dependencies, and delivery objectives

Partner closely with System Integrators (SIs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive execution against scope, timeline, and priorities

Manage workstream planning and delivery using tools such as Jira and Smartsheet, accounting for resource capacity, cross-team dependencies, and delivery constraints

Own And Coordinate The Following Omni Channel Work Packages

• Business process design
• SAP configuration and RICEF development
• Non SAP system integrations
• Data migration activities
• Security role design and build
• System Unit Testing (SUT) coordination
• Integration testing, defect review, and prioritization
• Cutover planning inputs
• Risk, Issue, Action, and Dependency (RAID) management
• Overall Omni Channel Sales team resource capacity management based on approved scope and timeline

Ensure clear communication, documentation, and issue escalation across all delivery partners and stakeholders

Skills Required (Desirable): -

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and team leaders

Demonstrated problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities in complex programs

Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a fast-paced ERP transformation environment

Experience facilitating project execution across multiple geographies, including Europe and Asia (India)

Ability to align workstream planning and delivery to the prime system integrator s delivery methodology and program governance model
