Job summary

Tek Analytics, LLC. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP initiatives in NYC. The role focuses on manufacturing and supply chain environments, coordinating cross-functional SAP teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners across complex programs.

You will manage requirements, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring governance and timely delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP/IT experience with strong SAP Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams.
• Good understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and QM.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, resource, and project governance management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate SAP functional and technical teams across multiple workstreams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
• Manage SAP activities covering requirements, design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Manage integrations between SAP and third-party/legacy apps.
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Maintain RAID logs, project plans, action items, and governance docs.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, vendors, and offshore/onshore resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end SAP projects within manufacturing and supply chain environments, coordinating cross-functional SAP teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall SAP/IT experience with strong SAP Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams.
• Good understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and QM.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, resource, and project governance management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programs.
• SAP experience within manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or supply chain environments.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce, Inventory, Warehouse, and Manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing global/onshore/offshore SAP teams.
• PMP, Scrum, or SAP certification is a plus.
