Job summary

Systems Technology Group, Inc. (STG) seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager with RAID Logs and Activate experience for a direct client engagement in Dearborn, MI.

This long-term W2 position requires hands-on SAP program management, strong JIRA skills, and agile delivery within SAP modules. Responsibilities include governance, EPICs, integration points, PI planning, risk management, change control, and end-to-end SAP project leadership across S/4HANA migrations and FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or support) in a project management role.
• Expert-level daily hands-on use of JIRA for board configuration, workflows, and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Experience with Release Management, Jira, Agile Software Development, and .NET Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP program planning, execution, and delivery for S4/HANA upgrades and integrations.
• Define and govern RAID logs, scope, risks, and change control across workstreams.
• Own EPICS/Sub Epics/Features in JIRA and coordinate PI planning events.
• Support integration points between ERP modules and legacy/third-party systems.
• Facilitate program increment planning, workshops, and governance forums.
• Ensure on-time delivery and visibility through dashboards and metrics.
• Manage product teams’ release activities, cutover and testing cycles.
• Lead end-to-end SAP project leadership across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM modules.
• Coordinate with SoD for quarterly planning and traceable artifacts.
